Florida Pines - The Browns Villa
The home is a detached 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property with zoned air conditioning and an outdoor private heated swimming pool (heating available at extra cost). The villa sleeps 8, having 4 bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. The two identical master bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have an adjoining bathroom. There is also a lounge with large flat screen TV, DVD player, Sony Playstation, dining area and fully fitted kitchen.
The home also benefits from a fully equipped games room with a proper slate-bed pool table, 7ft air hockey table, football table, cable TV, Wii console and Wii Fit board.
As well as the private pool guests can enjoy the use of a community pool, there is also tennis courts and a play area.
Our villa is looked after by a local family and is thoroughly cleaned during the week and after each set of guests has left. All bed linen and bath towels are provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
Florida Pines is located on US27, just 4 mins away from the 192 junction (around 6 mins from I4 junction). The easiest way to get there when you arrive from either Sanford or Orlando airport is to make your way to the Interstate 4 (via the Expressway) and keep going West until you get to exit 55. Exit this Junction, bearing left onto the US27 and keep going until you get to Florida Pines, thats how easy it is to find!

Leading outside to the pool area there is an enclosed patio area with table and 4 chairs. Then beyond
to the pool deck and magnificent 24' x 10' swimming pool which illuminates at night and can also be heated at an additional cost. The pool is drenched in sun for most of the day. |
